Here are some initial experiments for one of the greetings cards I am producing for the Well Gallery exhibition.. I'm mainly focusing on the typography to start with as I want the association between Greetings cards you do get and the ones I'm producing to be clear. So I will use words like 'Congratulations on..','Well Done on..' Happy..' 'Thinking of you..'. that kind of thing.
At the moment I'm literally taking elements from my original collage and using them. The method I used to create my collages was layering images on top of each other and then tearing away random parts, so all the images relate to the current symbolises things people are talking about. This technique really aids my concept because it exposing and revealing the social issues I'm addressing.
