On the 9th December 2009 I had my first taste of exhibiting work! It was an exciting atmosphere, everyone seemed eager and proud to get their work on show. Seeing my fellow student's collages was eye-opening, some people had 100 finely designed collages, some people had a more random/crazy approach, others a solid theme/technique throughout. I loved the ones that used real objects to create a 3d effect, the texture draws you in to wanting to touch it and get involved. It was a shame they were up for only a few hours but our extension should ease that feeling of wanting more of the Well's time!
